A N  A C T

EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION THE REAL, MIXED AND PERSONAL PROPERTY OF RING RETIREES ASSOCIATION

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

 

     SECTION 1. That the purchase of all materials used to build, promote and dedicate a

Memorial to the Rhode Island National Guard at the Rhode Island Veterans' Memorial Cemetery

in Exeter, Rhode Island for the RING Retirees Association, a domestic non-profit corporation,

incorporated on June 16, 1998, shall be exempt from all state and local taxes so long as said

property and purchases shall be used for the aforementioned said purpose.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
