A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

     

     

     Introduced By: Representatives Pacheco, and Newberry

     Date Introduced: May 13, 2009

 

 

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

 

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Dean

Bunnell may join Jessica Olson and Christopher Mongeau in marriage within the Town of

Harrisville, Rhode Island on or about May 30, 2009. Dean Bunnell is hereby authorized and

empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter

15-3 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
