S E N A T E R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL SENATE

COMMISSION TO STUDY STATE TRADES CLASSIFICATIONS

     RESOLVED, That the special senate commission created by resolution No. 143 passed

by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2006, and approved March 21, 2006 entitled "SENATE

RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL SENATE COMMISSION TO STUDY STATE

TRADES CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to

the Senate on or before March 4, 2008, and said commission shall expire on May 5, 2008; and be

it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 143 passed by the

Senate at its January session, A.D. 2006, and approved March 21, 2006 be and the same is hereby

rescinded.
