H O U S E R E S O L U T I O N

AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE OVERSIGHT COMMISSION TO MONITOR THE RAMIFICATION OF THE FIRE SAFETY CODE

     RESOLVED, That the composition of special house oversight commission created by

Resolution No. 92 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2004, and

approved February 26, 2004 entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special House Oversight

Commission to Monitor the Ramifications of the Fire Safety Code" be and the same is hereby

amended by changing the membership to seven (7) members; seven (7) of whom shall be

members of the House of Representatives, not more than five (5) from the same political party to

be appointed by the Speaker of the House.
