J O I N T R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION

TO STUDY TRANSIT SERVICE IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 377

passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2004, and approved June 25, 2004, entitled

"Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study the Transit Service in the

State of Rhode Island" and as amended by resolution No. 389 passed by the Senate at its January

session, A.D. 2005, and approved June 28, 2005 is hereby authorized to continue its study and

make a report to the General Assembly on or before May 25, 2007; and said commission shall

expire on June 22, 2007; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution

No. 389, passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2005, and approved June 28, 2005, be
