J O I N T R E S O L U T I O N

REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF ESTABLISHING AN INSTITUTION OF HIGHER LEARNING AT THE ZAMBARANO HOSPITAL FACILITY

     RESOLVED, That the special house commission created by resolution No. 92 passed by

the House of Representatives at its January session. A.D. 2005 and approved March 2, 2005,

entitled, "HOUSE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO

STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF ESTABLISHING AN INSTITUTION OF HIGHER

LEARNING AT THE ZAMBARANO HOSPITAL FACILITY" is hereby reinstated and the

same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a

report to the House of Representatives on or before June 5, 2007 and said commission shall

expire on September 5, 2007; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution

No. 92, passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2005 and approved

March 2, 2005 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
