H O U S E R E S O L U T I O N

REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY RHODE ISLAND AIRPORT CORPORATION'S MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE OF RHODE ISLAND'S AIRPORTS

     RESOLVED, That a special house commission created by Resolution No. 27 passed by

the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 2005, and approved January 27, 2005, entitled

"House Resolution Creating a Special House Commission to Study Rhode Island Airport

Corporation's Management and Governance of Rhode Island's Airports" is hereby reinstated and

the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a

report to the general assembly on or before May 4, 2007 and said commission shall expire on July

4, 2007, and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution

No. 217, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 2005 and approved January

27, 2005 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
