     RESOLVED, That the House Resolution Creating a Permanent Advisory Council for the

Rhode Island House Veterans' Affairs Committee, 04-R-246, 2004 H 8518, enacted May 11,

2004, is hereby amended by adding not more than three (3) additional members to the special

permanent advisory council, not to exceed a maximum of fifteen (15) members.
