A N A C T

EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION ALL OF THE REAL, PERSONAL AND MIXED PROPERTY OF THE LEARNING COMMUNITY SCHOOL, INC.

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. All the real, personal and mixed property of the Learning Community

Charter School, Inc., incorporated as a nonbusiness corporation, shall be exempt from state and

local taxation for all the real, personal and mixed property held by said nonbusiness corporation

so long as said property shall be used for the purposes for which said corporation was

incorporated.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
