J O I N T  R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY PREDATORY MORTGAGE LENDING PRACTICES

     Date Introduced: June 23, 2005

 

 

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 155

passed by the Senate at its January session A.D. 2004 and approved March 25, 2004 entitled

"Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study Predatory Mortgage

Lending Practices" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the General

Assembly on or before February 1, 2006, and said commission shall expire on April 1, 2006; and

be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 155 passed by the

Senate at its January Session A.D. 2004, and approved March 25, 2004 be and the same is hereby

rescinded.
