A N A C T

AUTHORIZING MR. AND MRS. GEORGE BROWN TO COMPLETE THE STRUCTURE AT

41 PARK LANE IN THE TOWN OF COVENTRY

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Mr. and Mrs. George Brown are authorized to proceed with renovations to

the property located at 41 Park Lane, Mapleroot Village, assessors plat 520, lot 166, in the town

of Coventry as long as all permits relative to state and local building codes are secured.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
