A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

     

     

     Introduced By: Senator John J. Tassoni

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

 

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Michael

H. Crepeau of North Smithfield, Rhode Island may join Lisa A. Lelli of North Smithfield, Rhode

Island and Joel M. Hazard of San Diego, California in marriage at a ceremony to be performed in

Newport, Rhode Island on or about June 23, 2005. Michael H. Crepeau, is hereby authorized and

empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter

15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
