A N A C T
RELATING
TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It
is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION
1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the
Honorable
Arthur Handy, may join Amanda Jordan and Eric Weis in marriage within the city
of
Providence,
Rhode Island on or about October 2, 2004. The Honorable Arthur Handy is hereby
authorized
and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in
accordance
with chapter 15-3 of the general laws entitled "Solemnization of
Marriages."
SECTION
2. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Robert J.
Grant
of Warwick, Rhode Island, may join Brooke McAuley and Thomas A. Grant in
marriage
within
the city of Newport, Rhode Island on or about September 5, 2004. Robert J.
Grant is
hereby
authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to
and in
accordance
with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.”
SECTION
3. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Charles
Rheinhardt,
a New Hampshire Justice of the Peace, may join Jennifa Ann Gosling and Aragorn
Thad
Healy in marriage at a place within the town of Portsmouth on or about
September 19,
2004.
Charles Rheinhardt is hereby authorized and empowered to join the forgoing persons
in
marriage
pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled
"Solemnization
of Marriages."
SECTION
4. This act shall take effect upon passage.
