That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not
otherwise
appropriated for the fiscal year 2003-2004, the sums stipulated to pay the
claims of the
following:

sum of $98.99 to pay the claim of Francis Thomas, Jr. of 355 Grand Avenue,
Pawtucket,
Rhode Island for damages to his vehicle when it struck a highway defect at or
near
Newport
Avenue southbound and the Pawtucket Credit Union in the city of East Providence
on or
about
March 11, 2003;
