INVITING HIS HONOR, THE PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE, AND THE HONORABLE

SENATE TO JOIN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES IN JOINT SESSION FOR THE

PURPOSE OF RECEIVING THE STATE OF THE STATE ADDRESS OF HIS

EXCELLENCY, THE GOVERNOR

     RESOLVED, That his Honor, the President of the Senate, and the Honorable Senate be,

and they are hereby invited to join the House of Representatives in joint session on Tuesday,

February 4, 2003 at 7:00 P.M. for the following purpose: To receive the state of the state address

of his Excellency, the Governor.
