A N A C T

RELATING TO CITIES AND TOWNS -- EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION PROPERTY OF

THE WESTERLY, RHODE ISLAND YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. The Young Men’s Christian Association of Westerly, Rhode Island, a

corporation organized under Article III of Chapter 248 of the general laws, is hereby authorized

to take, hold, transmit and convey real and personal estate without limitation and exempt from

taxation.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
