A N A C T

EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION THE REAL, MIXED AND PERSONAL PROPERTY OF THE DARLINGTON BRAVES, INC. OF PAWTUCKET

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. All the real, mixed and personal property, located at 92 East Avenue,

Pawtucket, Rhode Island, owned by the Darlington Braves, Inc. of Pawtucket, which has been

serving the youth of the City of Pawtucket since 1948 and incorporated as a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit

corporation in 1960, shall be exempt from state and local taxation so long as said property shall

be used for the purposes for which said corporation was incorporated.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
