A N A C T

RELATING TO CITIES AND TOWNS -- EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION PROPERTY OF THE WOONSOCKET, R.I. YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. All the real, mixed and personal property of the Woonsocket Young Men's

Christian Association, a nonbusiness corporation, incorporated on March 28, 1902, shall be

exempt from all local taxation so long as it shall be used for the purpose for which said

corporation was incorporated.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
