A N A C T

relating to SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Jeffrey

Jordan, Esq. of New York, New York, may join Patrick Robert Pinson and Shulamit Jaron in

marriage at a place within the town of South Kingstown on or about September 20, 2003. Mr.

Jordan is hereby authorized and empowered to join the forgoing persons in marriage pursuant to

and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
