A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Joseph

Roszkowski, former probate judge of the town of Cumberland, may join Anthony Bavosa and

Colleen Cleary, M.D. in marriage at a place within the city of Newport on or about July 23, 2003.

Mr. Roszkowski is hereby authorized and empowered to join the forgoing persons in marriage

pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled “Solemnization of

Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
