RESOLVED,
That the special legislative commission created by Resolution No. 357 passed by
the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 2000, and effective July 22,
2000, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to
Study an Enhanced Role for Probation and Parole" and extended by Resolution No.
304 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 2001, and
effective June 26, 2001, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special
Legislative Commission to Study an Enhanced Role for Probation and Parole" is
hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general
assembly on or before January 7, 2003, and said commission shall expire on June
30, 2003; and be it further
RESOLVED,
That the time for reporting authorized by Resolution No. 357 passed by the
general assembly at its January session, A.D. 2000 and as extended by
Resolution No. 304 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D.
2001, and effective June 26, 2001 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
