EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION ON SUSTAINABILITY

RESOLVED, The special legislative commission created by Resolution No. 117, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 2001, and effective May 31, 2001, entitled "JOINT RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE CONCEPT OF SUSTAINABILITY AS IT COULD BE ENCOURAGED BY STATE GOVERNMENT" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before January 1, 2003, and said commission shall expire on March 1, 2003; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by Resolution No. 117, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 2001 and effective May 31, 2001, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
