EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY ALL ASPECTS OF NEEDLE, SYRINGE AND LANCET DISPOSAL PROCEDURES

RESOLVED, That a special legislative commission created by resolution No. 327 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 2001, and approved June 27, 2001, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating A Special Legislative Commission to Study All Aspects of Needle, Syringe, and Lancet Disposal Procedures" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before March 1, 2004, and said commission shall expire on May 1, 2004; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 327, passed by the general assembly at its January session A.D. 2001, and approved June 27, 2001, be and hereby is rescinded.
