EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO DEVELOP A PLAN TO PROMOTE, PROTECT AND STIMULATE AQUACULTURE COMMERCE IN RHODE ISLAND

RESOLVED, That the special house commission created by resolution No. 199 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1995, and effective June 24, 1995, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special House Commission to Develop a Plan to Promote, Protect, and Stimulate Aquaculture Commerce in Rhode Island" and as amended by resolution No. 256 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999, and approved June 9, 1999, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special House Commission to Develop a Plan to Promote, Protect, and Stimulate Aquaculture Commerce in Rhode Island" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the house of representatives on or before May 6, 2003, and said commission shall expire on July 6, 2003; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 199 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1995, and effective June 24, 1995 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
