RESOLVED, That a special House commission created by resolution No. 332 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1998, approved June 25, 1998 entitled "House Resolution Creating A Special House Commission To Study The Rapid Depletion Of Finfish In Rhode Island Coastal Waters" and as amended by resolution No. 300 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999, and approved June 25, 1999, entitled "House Resolution Extending The Reporting Date Of The Special House Commission To Study The Rapid Depletion Of Finfish In Rhode Island Coastal Waters" and as further amended by resolution No. 32 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2001, and approved January 23, 2001, entitled "House Resolution Extending The Reporting Date Of The Special House Commission To Study The Rapid Depletion Of Finfish In Rhode Island Coastal Waters" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before March 30, 2003, and said commission shall expire on May 30, 2003; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 332, passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1998, and approved June 25, 1998, and as amended by resolution No. 300, passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999, and approved June 25, 1999, and as further amended by resolution No. 32 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session A.D. 2001, and approved January 23, 2001, be and the same are hereby rescinded.
