EXEMPTING THE REAL, MIXED AND PERSONAL PROPERTY OF CLUB SPORT UNIAO MADEIRENCE

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. All the real, mixed, and personal property of the Club Sport Uniao Madeirence, a non-business corporation, incorporated on April 13, 1933, shall be exempt from all local taxation so long as it shall be used for the purpose for which said corporation was incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
