     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 313

2

passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2025, and approved May 15, 2025, entitled

3

"Senate Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study and Provide

4

Recommendations for Potential Changes in Legislation/Oversight of The Act on Climate" is

5

hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Senate on or before October 1,

6

2026, and said commission shall expire on November 1, 2026; and be it further

7

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 313 passed by the

8

Senate at its January session, A.D. 2025, and approved May 15, 2025, be and the same is hereby

9

rescinded.

     This resolution would extend the reporting and expiration dates of the special legislative

2

commission to study and provide recommendations for potential changes in legislation/oversight

3

of the Act on Climate from May 1, 2026, to October 1, 2026, and said commission would expire

4

on November 1, 2026.
