It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 45-53 of the General Laws entitled "Low and Moderate Income |
2 | Housing" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: |
3 | 45-53-17. Minimum egress requirements for conventional subdivisions. |
4 | (a) In the town of Tiverton, any minimum egress requirements established by municipal |
5 | ordinance or regulation shall apply equally to comprehensive permit applications submitted |
6 | pursuant to chapter 53 of title 45. |
7 | (b) The minimum egress requirements applicable to conventional subdivisions shall not be |
8 | subject to waiver, modification, or reduction for comprehensive permit applications. |
9 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
