MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $440.07 TO PAY THE CLAIM OF AMICA MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, PO BOX 6008, PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND 02940 AS SUBROGEE OF STEPHEN A. MILLS OF 179 LAWNACRE DRIVE, CRANSTON, RHODE ISLAND 02920

RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 1998-1999 the sum of $440.07 to pay the claim of Amica Mutual Insurance Company, PO Box 6008, Providence, Rhode Island 02940 as subrogee of Stephen A. Mills of 179 Lawnacre Drive, Cranston, Rhode Island 02920 for damages to their insureds vehicle when it was struck by construction debris in a work zone at or near Route 95 northbound and Jefferson Boulevard exit in the city of Cranston on or about November 20, 1997; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum.

This resolution authorizes the appropriation of the sum of $440.07 to pay the claim of Amica Mutual Insurance Company, PO Box 6008, Providence, Rhode Island 02940 as subrogee of Stephen A. Mills of 179 Lawnacre Drive, Cranston, Rhode Island 02920.
