MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $1,674.38 TO PAY THE CLAIM OF AMICA MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, PO BOX 6008 PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND 02940 AS SUBROGEE OF BARBARA J. ROSS OF 33 HARRINGTON ROAD, COVENTRY, RHODE ISLAND 02816

RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 1998-1999 the sum of $1,674.38 to pay the claim of Amica Mutual Insurance Company, PO Box 6008, Providence, Rhode Island 02940 as subrogee of Barbara J. Ross of 33 Harrington Road, Coventry, Rhode Island 02816 for damage to their insured's vehicle when it was struck by a deer at or near Crompton Road, in the town of East Greenwich on or about December 7, 1997; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum.
