MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $2,545.97 TO PAY THE CLAIM OF PETER BROWN OF 12 SUNSET AVENUE, EAST PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND 02915

RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 1998-1999 the sum of $2,545.97 to pay the claim of Peter Brown of 12 Sunset Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island 02915 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a highway defect at or near Route 195 Eastbound and Point Street Ramp, in the City of Providence on or about February 23, 1996; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum, or so much thereof as may be from time to time required, upon receipt of properly authenticated vouchers.
