MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $623.78 TO PAY THE CLAIM OF ROBERT KERSHAW OF 35 JOHN POTTER ROAD, WEST GREENWICH, RHODE ISLAND 02817

RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 1998-1999 the sum of $623.78 to pay the claim of Robert Kershaw of 35 John Potter Road, West Greenwich, Rhode Island 02817 for damages to his vehicle when it was struck by a deer at or near Route 102, Southbound near West Greenwich Town Pizza, before the Route 2 intersection in the Town of West Greenwich on or about November 26, 1996; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum, or so much thereof as may be from time to time required, upon receipt of properly authenticated vouchers.
