MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $160.45 TO PAY THE CLAIM OF AMICA MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF P.O. BOX 6008, PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND 02940 AS SUBROGEE OF FLORENCE M. PALIY, 97 HOWLAND AVENUE, PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND 02914

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 1998-1999 the sum of $160.45 to pay the claim of Amica Mutual Insurance Company of P.O. Box 6008, Providence, Rhode Island 02940 as subrogee of Florence M. Paliy of 97 Howland Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island 02914 for damages to her vehicle when it struck a highway defect at or near 1800 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island on or about April 9, 1997; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum.

This resolution authorizes the appropriation of the sum of $160.45 to pay the claim of Amica Mutual Insurance Company of P.O. Box 6008, Providence, Rhode Island 02940 as subrogee of Florence M. Paliy, 97 Howland Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island 02914.
