RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 1998-1999 the sum of $150.09 to pay the claim of Timothy F. Fitzgerald, Jr., of 69 Liberty Church Road, Exeter, Rhode Island 02822 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a highway defect at or near Route 1, northbound approximately 100 yards north of Torry Road in the town of South Kingstown, on or about March 10, 1998; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum.
