MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $2031.93 TO PAY THE CLAIM OF JAMES RYDBERG OF 21 HILLSIDE DRIVE, MAPLEVILLE, RHODE ISLAND 02839

RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 1998-1999 the sum of $2031.93 to pay the claim of James Rydberg of 21 Hillside Drive, Mapleville, Rhode Island 02839 for damages to his vehicle when it was struck by a deer at or near Route 102, East Avenue and Gigi's Restaurant in the town of Burrillville, on or about January 3, 1998; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum.
