MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $511.00 TO PAY THE CLAIM OF DANIEL NORTHUP OF 13 PINE STREET, WAKEFIELD, RHODE ISLAND 02879

RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 1998-1999 the sum of $511.00 to pay the claim of Daniel Northup of 13 Pine Street, Wakefield, Rhode Island 02879 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a highway defect at or near Ocean Road and Captain Freebody Road, in the town of Narragansett on or about December 8, 1996; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum.
