MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $1,526.00 TO PAY THE CLAIM OF AMICA MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE FOR FRANCINE TREGLIA OF 17 FESSER AVENUE, BRISTOL, RHODE ISLAND 02809

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 1998-1999 the sum of $1,526.00 to pay the claim of Amica Mutual Insurance Company as subrogee for Francine Treglia of 17 Fesser Avenue, Bristol, Rhode Island 02809 for damages to her vehicle when it was splattered with paint during a state highway procedure at or near Child Street, Eastbound in the town of Warren on or about December 3, 1997; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum.
