1	RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated out of any money in the treasury not
2	otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027 the sums stipulated to pay the
3	claims of the following:
4	Representative Julie A. Casimiro
5	The sum of $370.00 to pay the claim of Bethany Wingren of 155 North Quidnessett
6	Road, North Kingstown, RI 02852 for damages to her vehicle when it struck roadway debris
7	while traveling East on Frenchtown Road over Route 4 , in the Town of East Greenwich on or
8	about February 18, 2026.
9	Representative John G. Edwards
10	The sum of $150.00 to pay the claim of Donna Jean Medeiros of 140 Durfee Road,
11	Tiverton, Rhode Island 02878 for damages to her vehicle when she struck a roadway defect while
12	travelling South on East Main Road at or near Clements' Marketplace in the Town of Portsmouth
13	on or about November 6, 2025.

15	The sum of $1,209.45 to pay the claim of Frank A. Manfredi of 37 Carriage Way, North
16	Providence, Rhode Island 02904 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while
17	traveling on Route 5 near Cherry Hill Road in the Town of Johnston on or about March 6, 2026.

19	The sum of $1,051.60 to pay the claim of Sylvia M. Gulla of 17 Midway Avenue in
20	Westerly, Rhode Island 02891 for damages to her vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while

1	traveling on Route 95 south on the ramp at or near Atwells Avenue on or about March 1, 2025.
2	Representative Jason Knight
3	The sum of $1,200.00 to pay the claim of The Hennesy Group of 181 Knight Street,
4	Warwick, Rhode Island 02886 for damages to their property at 1 Mallard Cove Way in
5	Barrington, Rhode Island when the Rhode Island Department of Transportation inadvertently
6	opened a connection from the stormwater drainage system at or near Sowams Road and New
7	Meadow Road causing flooding to the property on or about December 15, 2022.
8	Representative Thomas E. Noret
9	The sum of $483.58 to pay the claim of Kathleen Autiello of 6 Falmouth Street, Johnston,
10	Rhode Island 02919 for damages to her vehicle when it was struck by roadway debris while
11	traveling South on Route 2 in the City of Cranston on or about April 18, 2025; and the State
12	Controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw their orders upon the General Treasurer for
13	the payment of said funds.
