8 | EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATIONS DATES AND AMENDING THE |
9 | PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND PROVIDE |
10 | RECOMMENDATIONS FOR POLICIES THAT DEAL WITH NUMEROUS ECONOMIC |
11 | AND SOCIAL SHORT-TERM RENTALS ISSUES” is hereby reinstated and the same members |
12 | are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House |
13 | of Representatives on or before September 30, 2026, and said commission shall expire on January |
14 | 10, 2027; and be it further |
15 | RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 284 passed by the |
16 | House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2024, and approved May 15, 2024, |
