RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Timothy |
2 | Conlon may join Sarah Conlon and Andrew Proulx in marriage within the City of Newport, Rhode |
3 | Island on or about March 22, 2024. Timothy Conlon is hereby authorized and empowered to join |
4 | the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the |
5 | General Laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.” |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
