RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Allan W. Fung may join James E. Donahue and Lamont A. Gordon in marriage within |
3 | the City of Cranston, Rhode Island, on or about June 23, 2024. The Honorable Allan W. Fung is |
4 | hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
5 | accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.” |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
