RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Michael |
2 | Cervullo, Jr., may join Jillian Cervullo and Tyler Shemick in marriage within the Town of North |
3 | Kingstown on or about June 8, 2024. Michael Cervullo, Jr., is hereby authorized and empowered |
4 | to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 |
5 | of the General Laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.” |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
