AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO

STUDY THE ENTIRE AREA OF LAND USE, PRESERVATION, DEVELOPMENT,

HOUSING, ENVIRONMENT, AND REGULATION

     RESOLVED, That the composition of the special legislative commission created by

resolution No. 139 and passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2021,

and approved March 25, 2021, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative

Commission to Study the Entire Area of Land Use, Preservation, Development, Housing,

Environment, and Regulation" and as extended by resolution No. 194 and passed by the House of

Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2022, and approved March 24, 2022, entitled "House

Resolution Extending the Reporting and Expiration Dates of the Special Legislative Commission

to Study the Entire Area of Land Use, Preservation, Development, Housing, Environment, and

Regulation" be and the same is hereby amended by changing the membership from eighteen (18)

members to nineteen (19) members by adding one member who shall be the Secretary of

Housing, or designee.

AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO

STUDY THE ENTIRE AREA OF LAND USE, PRESERVATION, DEVELOPMENT,

HOUSING, ENVIRONMENT, AND REGULATION

     This resolution would amend the membership of said commission by increasing the

number of members from eighteen (18) members to nineteen members by adding the Secretary of

Housing, or designee.
