	RELATING TO MAKING REVISED APPROPRIATIONS IN SUPPORT OF FY 2021 --
	CRIME VICTIMS COMPENSATION PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Subject to the conditions, limitations and restrictions hereinafter contained in
2	this act, the sum of four hundred sixty-nine thousand six hundred fifty-five dollars ($469,655) is
3	hereby appropriated to the general treasurer in addition to amounts previously appropriated and
4	shall be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated to be extended during the
5	fiscal year ending June 30, 2021 to fulfill the provisions of the Crime Victim Compensation
6	Program created by the Criminal Injuries Compensation Act codified within Chapter 25 of Title
7	12. For the purposes and functions hereinafter mentioned, the state controller is hereby authorized
8	and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of such sums or
9	such portions thereof as may be required from time to time upon receipt of properly authenticated
10	vouchers.
11	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.

1	This act would appropriate four hundred sixty-nine thousand six hundred fifty-five dollars
2	($469,655) to the Crime Victim Compensation Program created by the Criminal Injuries
3	Compensation Act to be extended during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021.
4	This act would take effect upon passage.
