	RECOMMEND GUIDELINES FOR STEP THERAPY PRESCRIPTION DRUG PROTOCOLS

1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by Resolution No. 410
2	passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2019, and approved as
3	amended on May 28, 2019, entitled "HOUSE RESOLUTION CREATING A LEGISLATIVE
4	STUDY COMMISSION TO EXAMINE AND RECOMMEND GUIDELINES FOR STEP
5	THERAPY PRESCRIPTION DRUG PROTOCOLS" is hereby reinstated and the same members
6	are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House
7	of Representatives on or before April 6, 2021, and said commission shall expire on June 6, 2021;
8	and be it further
9	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution
10	No. 410, passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2019, and approved
11	as amended on May 28, 2019, be and the same is hereby rescinded.

1	This resolution would reinstate the life of and extend the reporting and expiration dates of
2	the Special Legislative Study Commission to Examine and Recommend Guidelines for Step
3	Therapy Prescription Drug Protocols from April 28, 2020, to April 6, 2021, and would expire on
4	June 6, 2021.
