	RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT - ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
	CORPORATION

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Chapter 42-64 of the General Laws entitled "Economic Development
2	Corporation" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section:
3	42-64-40. Repayment of moral obligation bond. -- The corporation, the state and any
4	subdivisions of the state shall not make payment on the moral obligation bonds related to 38
5	Studios.
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.

	BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL
