RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Marianne |
2 | Forrest may join Shelby Marisa Whittet and Arnold James Wood in marriage within the Town of |
3 | West Greenwich, Rhode Island, on or about March 1, 2014. Marianne Forrest is hereby |
4 | authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
5 | accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
