RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

      SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary,

Carolyn Egan Carr of Centerville, Massachusetts, may join Leslie Erin Cipriani and Maxwell

Tyler Richmond in marriage within the City of Providence, Rhode Island, on or about February

1-4

15, 2014. Carolyn Egan Carr is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons

1-5

in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled

1-6

"Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
