RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by Resolution No. 375 |

passed by the General Assembly at its January Session, A.D. 2010, and approved June 25, 2010, |

entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study the Purchase and |

Use of Textbooks in Public Schools" and as amended by Resolution No. 415, passed by the |

General Assembly at its January Session, A.D. 2011, and approved June 29, 2011, entitled "Joint |

Resolution Extending the Reporting and Expiration Dates of the Special Legislative Commission |
|

to Study the Purchase and Use of Textbooks in Public Schools" is hereby reinstated and the same |
|

members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to |
|
1-9 |
the General Assembly on or before May 31, 2014, and said commission shall expire December |
|

31, 2014; and be it further |

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by Resolution |

No. 415, passed by the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2011, and approved June |

29, 2011, be and the same is hereby rescinded. |

This resolution would reinstate the life and extend the reporting date of the special |

legislative commission to undertake a comprehensive study of the purchase and use of textbooks |
