RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Thomas

Robert Myers of West Greenwich, Rhode Island, may join Amy Elizabeth Flynn and Stephen Lee

Bentley in marriage within the Town of Jamestown, Rhode Island, on or about September 13,

2013.  Thomas Robert Myers is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons

1-5

in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled

1-6

"Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
